Is the free plan really free?
Yes — forever, no card required. The Free plan keeps a full manual journal: log food, activity and metrics, and see your charts and biometric timeline. The only limits are on AI features.
What exactly do I pay for?
Only the AI. Paid plans unlock AI photo analysis, document and lab decoding, the daily briefing, weekly summaries and AI chat. Everything you log by hand is free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like — you keep your data and drop back to the Free manual journal. Annual plans bill once and save you up to 36% versus monthly.
How accurate is the AI photo analysis?
Photo calorie and macro readings are estimates — roughly 60–82% accurate, and lower on mixed home-cooked plates. Every result is clearly labelled as an estimate and is easy to correct by hand. We never present them as exact.
Is my health data sold or shared?
No. We don't sell personal data. Records are encrypted at rest and we follow GDPR-minded practices. See our Privacy policy for details.
Which platforms are supported?
QuickLab is available for Android today, with a web app you can open in any browser. iOS is in progress and coming soon.
