By creating an account or using QuickLab, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2 · The service
QuickLab is an AI health-analytics application that lets you record health data and receive informational analysis — including photo analysis, document and lab decoding, a biometric timeline and an AI consultant. Features vary by plan and may change over time.
3 · Not medical advice
QuickLab provides informational analysis only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and does not provide medical advice. AI outputs, including photo estimates, may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always consult your doctor about your health, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms. You use the service and act on its information at your own discretion and risk.
4 · Your account
You must provide accurate registration details, meet the minimum age requirement, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5 · Subscriptions & billing
- The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Core and Lab) unlock AI features and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are shown in-app and on our Pricing page. Annual plans are billed once per term.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable law and any stated refund policy.
- Promotional pricing and coupons are subject to their stated conditions.
6 · Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break security or reverse-engineer the app, no uploading of others' data without permission, and no use that infringes rights or overloads our systems.
7 · Content & intellectual property
Your journal data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. The app, brand and software remain the property of QuickLab and its licensors.
8 · Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI outputs.
9 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickLab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on informational outputs. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10 · Changes & contact
